Clinic address:  R7Fitness, Units 12/13 Market Lane, Gorseinon, Swansea SA4 4BS. 

R7Fitness is located behind the old Gorseinon market and next to Rock The Dragon. Anyone can book with me; you don't need to be a member of R7Fitness and 'quiet times' (when no gym classes are taking place) are available.  

There's plenty of parking available (see the map above).  Please use the spaces towards the back of the car park to take advantage of the free parking.    

After parking, walk back down towards the Units and look for the R7Fitness signage. We're next door the Rock the Dragon and to the right in the compound with the green shipping containers.
